Though impacted wisdom teeth removal is one of the most common surgeries among dentists, it remains to be one of the most challenging operations. This course is hence, aimed to help the clinician to identify the challenges that may be encountered and to manage common complications. The core of the course is a structured step-by-step wisdom tooth surgical guide designed to assist the dentist in navigating an uneventful operation. This unique technique of teaching has been proven to be the most effective way of learning and inculcating a deeper understanding of the fundamental basics of surgery.
Tutorial Style Learning
To facilitate more interaction between the participants and course instructor, each session is limited to a small size. A series of lectures on specific topics will be highlighted to instill a deeper understanding of the basic fundamentals of wisdom teeth surgery.
Participants will also be guided from the point of an indication to completion of treatment and beyond. Interactive discussions on case studies and common problems & issues encountered will also be emphasised.
