What are the payment modes available at the clinics?

​You can pay by cash, NETS or Credit Card.

Le MinT’S Clinics are Medisave, CHAS and Pioneer Generation accredited by Ministry of Health and CPF Board for approved dental surgery procedures. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents of Singapore are welcome to check with us on the usage of the Medisave and CHAS prior to your appointment.

What do I need to bring or do for each visit?

Please bring along an identification document (NRIC/Work Permit/Passport) and medical benefits documents for every visit.
We will verify your identity at each visit so that the right patient is registered for medical services. This practice helps us ensure patient safety.
When you reach the clinic, please inform our front desk staff you are at the clinic for your appointment.
Please kindly be on time or early for your appointment.

How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by completing the contact form on our website.
If you prefer to speak to someone on the phone, call us at

You can also send us a Whatsapp message.

What if I do not have an appointment?

You are encouraged to make an appointment for your visit so that you can better manage your time and reduce waiting at the clinic. You can make, change or cancel an appointment via:

  1. Leave us a message Contact Us Form
  2. Call us at +65 6338 6123 for Adelphi or +65 6440 7321 for East Coast.
  3. Send us a Whatsapp message

  4. Through the Xinfo app on your mobile if you are an existing patient

If you do not have an appointment, you will be given an estimated time slot to see our dentist at registration.
Please expect that the waiting time may be long as priority is given to patients with appointments.
You can choose to wait at the clinic or return to the clinic before the estimated time of consultation.

If you have medical emergencies such as dental injuries, do alert our staff and you will be attended to immediately.

How do I sign up for the Mobile/SMS reminder for appointment?

After your first visit, our staff will provide you with a username and password for our Xinfo app.

Once you have logged in, you will be able to view your past and upcoming appointments.
Before your appointment, you will receive a reminder of your appointment via the Xinfo app or SMS.
Do reply the message and inform if you would like to keep or cancel the appointment.
